Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at sales@soohoo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged through misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at sales@soohoo.co.uk and we'll arrange a replacement.
